Catalogue and Listing
The Company will take in archives that are in disarray and in need of cataloguing. Our experienced cataloguer leads a team of data in-putters and together they will catalogue and list the contents of the archive. Where necessary, documents can be reboxed in new archive storage boxes

 

Bar-coding
All boxes deposited are given a unique barcode. Customers can be provided, free of charge, with their own box numbers bar-coded in human readable form. Customers are provided with regular updates of the status of their archive delivered by our weekly email bulletin.

Internet/Fax Transmission
Those customers who permit us to open their archive boxes and search through their documents can receive individual pages from those documents transmitted to them by fax or over the internet.


On-Site Research Offices
Should customers need to spend time researching through their archive, the Company has offices for this purpose. Document boxes will be delivered to these offices where telephone, fax and photocopying facilities are available for use by customers.

Customer’s archives will normally be stored in either a standard archive box measuring 375 x 280 x 254mm or in a medium archive box measuring 385 x 330 x 254mm or in a large archive box measuring 407 x 330 x 323mm or in a data archive box measuring 458 x 382 x 254mm. These boxes can be supplied in customers' own livery or ours.


Additionally, other storage requirements can be arranged, be they temporary office furniture storage or stationery storage.
